Privacy Policy

One Mind Learning is an internship initiative of epool Solutions LLP. This policy explains what information we collect when you apply to the program, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We've tried to write it in plain language rather than legalese.

Who we are

The data controller for information collected through this website is ePool Solutions LLP, an Indian limited liability partnership operating since 2015. You can see our main business at epoolsolutions.com. All enquiries, including data requests, go to info@epoolsolutions.com.

What we collect

When you submit the internship application form, we collect only what you type into it:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your city, and your college or current role (optional)
• The track you're applying for
• Any experience notes and portfolio or resume link you choose to share (optional)

We also automatically record the date and time of your submission, your IP address, and — if you arrived from an advertisement or a link we shared — which campaign or source brought you here. The IP address is kept purely to help us identify spam and abuse of the form.

We do not use tracking cookies on this site, and we do not run any third-party analytics or advertising trackers on it.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: to run the internship program. Specifically, to review your application, to contact you about it, to assign and review your tasks if you join, and to issue your certificate if you complete the program. We also look at aggregate numbers — how many people applied, from which source, for which track — to understand whether the program is working.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party for their own purposes.

Your information is stored on our web hosting provider's servers, and is accessible to the epool Solutions LLP team members who run the internship program. If you join the program, other participants may see your name in shared workspaces and group chats — but never your phone number, email, or other contact details, which stay with our team.

We may disclose information if we're legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

If you're not selected for a cohort, we keep your application for up to 12 months in case a suitable opening comes up, and then delete it. If you join the program, we keep your record for as long as needed to administer the program and to verify your certificate afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to ask us:

• what personal information we hold about you
• to correct anything that's wrong or out of date
• to delete your information
• to withdraw the consent you gave when submitting the form

Just email us and we'll act on it. Withdrawing consent means we'll stop processing your application, which will end your participation in the program — but it won't affect anything already lawfully done before you asked.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including restricting access to the people who actually need it. That said, no method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This program is intended for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted an application, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting people already in the program will be communicated by email.
